Janesh Patel founded Sai Developers Group in 2016. Surrounded by the hospitality industry his entire life and by learning the ropes as a “hands-on” operator, he has become a master of constructing and operating profitable hotels that outperform the competition. Janesh’s wealth of knowledge and attention to detail have driven hotel projects throughout the United States, including markets with high barriers to entry. He has earned the support of top-tier brands.

As the leader, Janesh encourages everyone in the company to strive for excellence. He works daily with his senior staff in identifying new projects and maximizing results for the company’s partners. 

Hitesh Patel was surrounded by hotels his entire life. He learned every aspect of the business — from marketing and sales to front desk operations to housekeeping. Under Hitesh’s direction, many of the properties received excellent inspection scores and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings.

He grew up in the hospitality industry, began working as a leader at the age of 22, and developed an affinity for hotel management.
